Experience a classic outdoor game with our handcrafted Game of Graces set, made in Vermont using traditional steam bending techniques with locally sourced wood.

The Game of Graces was a widely popular pastime in the early 1800s through the early 20th century, frequently depicted in children’s books and period illustrations. Players send light wooden hoops spinning through the air to be caught on slender wands, combining skill, coordination, and graceful movement. Played in pairs or groups, it remains an engaging and visually striking game today.

This complete set includes:
2 solid bent wood hoops (10" diameter)
4 wooden wands (18" solid birch)
4 colored ribbons (for traditional play and added control)
History & instruction poster
Packaged in a zipper poly bag for easy storage and display

Historically, ribbons were wrapped around the hoops with trailing ends to slow the motion and cushion catches, adding elegance and challenge to the game.

Shipping Note: Orders of up to 10 sets, or multiples of 10, provide the most cost-effective shipping due to packaging size.
